Delivery

We offer FREE postage on all our items with the United Kingdom.

We use Royal Mails 2nd Class Service.

We also offer an option to upgrade to Royal Mails 1st Class Service for an additional fee.

We can post Worldwide, your shipping cost will be shown at the checkout process.

Despatch

You will receive an email from us as soon as we have despatched your order, just so you know we have sent it and its on its way!

All our orders are despatched Daily up until 1pm. Any orders processed after 1pm are despatched the next working Day. We currently do not despatch orders on a Saturday, so any orders processed after 1pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.

If you haven’t received your order after the specified time shown above, please contact us and we will do all we can to help.

We ensure all our orders are packaged correctly to protect the item during transit, however once they are handed over to Royal Mail or our Courier, it is out of our hands, so if, for any reason an order arrives damaged, or if an item has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us.

Bank Transfer

If you would like to pay via Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer, please message us and we will let you know all the details you need.

We are unable to despatch orders until full payment has been received.

Cancellations & Returns

We want all our customers to be happy with their orders from us which is why we offer our guarantee that if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you are able to cancel your order and return your items to us within 14 working days from receipt, upon receipt of your goods, we will refund you. All items need to be returned in as good a condition as received so they can be resold.

If the goods arrive damaged or if they do not match the description, we will of course refund you. We do ask for a picture of the goods to be sent to us to confirm the damage and we may need the item returned to us.
